KALAHI-CIDSS holds Expanded RPMT in Palawan

Puerto Princesa City, Palawan – KALAHI-CIDSS recently held the Expanded Regional Project Management Team (ERPMT) for the new KALAHI-CIDSS municipalities last November 15,2011. Area Coordinating Teams (ACT) and Municipal Coordinating Teams (MCT) of Linapacan and Dumaran in Palawan and Torrijos in Marinduque attended the activity. It was likewise participated by several staff of the Regional Project Management Team (RPMT).

The ERPMT was organized to monitor and evaluate the extent and scope of KALAHI-CIDSS implementation, to identify issues and concerns, and to document the best practices. In this light, appropriate measures and responses within the project’s guidelines and resources will be crafted. Assistant Regional Director and KALAHI-CIDSS Regional Project Manager Annie Mendoza encouraged everyone to share their experiences and best practices in the area so that these can be emulated by other municipalities.

Each municipality presented their accomplishments and likewise raised their concerns on matters of project implementation. The meeting concludedwith each municipality developing their catch-up plan based on expected milestone and timelines . ###
